Tactical Advocacy Group (hereinafter referred to as “TAG”) is committed to providing comprehensive advocacy services to veterans navigating the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) claims process. This Statement of Services outlines the scope of services offered by TAG to its clients.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Initial Consultation
- Complimentary Assessment: TAG offers an initial consultation at no cost to evaluate the client’s circumstances and determine potential entitlements.test
2.2 Comprehensive Claims Management
- Case Evaluation: TAG’s expert advocates conduct thorough reviews to identify all possible avenues for compensation.
- Documentation Assistance: TAG assists in gathering and preparing necessary documentation, including medical records and service history.
- Claim Submission: TAG ensures accurate and timely submission of claims to the DVA.
- Liaison with DVA: TAG represents the client in all communications with the DVA to effectively present the case.
2.3 Appeals and Review Support
- Veterans’ Review Board (VRB) Support: In the event of an appeal, TAG provides strategic guidance and prepares comprehensive documentation packages for the client’s use during self-representation before the VRB.

2.5 Appointment Coordination Assistance

- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending all recommended medical appointments.
- DVA Compliance Guidance: TAG ensures that all medical documentation meets DVA requirements, facilitating a smoother claims process.
